It is generally a good idea to order your invitations 6 to 8 weeks before you intend to send them out. This allows enough time to receive a proof if you so choose, allows printing time (2-7 business days in most cases), shipping time (4-5 business days in most cases), and resolve any problems that may arise during the ordering process. Please remember that a work week involves 5 days, and business days are considered Monday-Friday, excluding any holidays.

*Printing: Some items in your order are considered special order items. With special order items, printing can take a bit longer. A special order item CAN take up to 14 days to complete once the printing process begins.

**Shipping: Standard shipping is the most economical shipping. Standard is regular ground delivery, shipping via UPS. Other options include 2 day express or even next day air. Fees differ depending on shipping service you chosen.

Set-up fees for embroidery and laser engraving are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel the order before it is completed. Because our embroidery and laser engraving is personalized and one of a kind, the set-up fee is not refundable under any circumstances. Please contact us with questions about fees, via e-mail BEFORE you place your order.

Please be aware that embroidered and lasered items require shipping insurance. These items will be shipped separately from your invitations and social stationary. For all embroidered items (i.e. specialty baby items and embroidered wedding and social gifts) and all laser engraved items (i.e. wine glasses, coasters, laser art, etc.) please allow up to 14 business days for delivery from the time of order placement. These items are customized items and require additional time for the set-up as well as the processing of these items.

To better ensure that you receive your invitations or social stationary in good time with no mistakes, we highly recommend getting a proof. Proofs are generally e-mailed to you in a PDF file or we can fax it to you for your approval. Please note that if you choose to receive a proof and you approve it, Making Memories Invitations & Gifts for all occasions™ is not liable for any mistakes or misspellings contained in the order. Remember, a proof is your protection. If you choose not to receive a proof, Making Memories Invitations & Gifts for all occasions™ is not liable for any misspellings or mistakes contained in the order you submitted.

Your credit card will be billed for the full order amount at the time your order is submitted. Your total will appear on the invoice in your cart when you Submit the Order Form. Be sure to print a copy for your records. Your transaction will appear on your credit card as Addis Athletics.
